1. Introduction

By booking, requesting, or receiving any RV repair or maintenance service from our company, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided by All Service RV Pro’s, located in Carlsbad, NM.

2. Services Offered

All Service RV Pro’s provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

RV mechanical repairs

Electrical diagnostics and repair

Plumbing system repair and maintenance

Roof inspection and sealing

Appliance repair and replacement

Routine maintenance and inspections

Mobile RV repair services (within designated service areas)

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.

Emergency or after-hours services may include an additional surcharge.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved checks.

For extensive repairs or special parts orders, a deposit may be required.

Unpaid balances beyond 15 days may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month and could result in a service hold or legal action.

5. Warranties and Liability

We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on most repairs.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to installed parts.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.

All Service RV Pro’s is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unrelated system failures, or any consequential damages related to RV use.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their RV upon service completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information regarding RV make, model, and issues.

Ensure safe and legal access to the RV if mobile service is requested.

Remove any personal or valuable items from the work area.

Grant permission for All Service RV Pro’s to operate the RV if needed for diagnostics.

7. Parts and Materials

We use quality OEM or equivalent parts.

Parts ordered specially for a customer are non-refundable and may require prepayment.

Customers supplying their own parts assume all risk for compatibility and performance.

8. Mobile Service Area

Mobile service is available within a [X-mile radius] of Carlsbad, NM.

Service calls outside this area may incur additional travel charges.

Extreme weather or terrain may limit mobile service availability.

9. Right to Refuse Service

All Service RV Pro’s reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe work environments, abusive behavior, or non-compliance with these Terms.

10. Privacy and Data Use

Customer data is handled with confidentiality and used solely for service provision, communication, and record-keeping. We do not share or sell your personal information.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, with venue in Eddy County.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.

By requesting or accepting services from All Service RV Pro’s, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
